Online Booking: Bookings can be made via our website or by contacting us directly. All bookings are subject to availability.
Cancellations and Amendments: Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Failure to cancel within this time frame may result in charges up to the full cost of the service.
Late Arrivals: If the passenger is more than 15 minutes late, additional waiting time charges may apply.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are processed via secure third-party payment providers, such as Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.
Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Responsibilities and Conduct

The client is responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle during the service.

We do not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in our vehicles.
