Cancellation Policy
At Majors Chauffeurs, we strive to provide exceptional service to our clients. To ensure a smooth and efficient experience, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Payment in Advance: All services provided by Majors Chauffeurs require payment in advance at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations Made 24 Hours Before Service: If you cancel your booking 24 hours before the scheduled service, you will receive a full refund.
3. Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours But More Than 12 Hours Before Service: If you cancel your booking within 24 hours but more than 12 hours before the scheduled service, you will be charged 50% of the total booking fee. The remaining 50% will be refunded to you.
4. Cancellations Made Less Than 12 Hours Before Service: If you cancel your booking less than 12 hours before the scheduled service, you will be charged the full booking fee. No refund will be issued.
5. How to Cancel: To cancel your booking, please contact us via phone or email with your booking details. The time of cancellation will be determined based on when we receive your cancellation request.
6. Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that emergencies happen. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
